I am Mr. Kirk Alexander hailing from Lafayette, Louisiana “Geaux Tigers”. I’m an Air Force Veteran and married to Air Force CMSgt Gilda Alexander. We have two wonderful kids, Gianna 16 and Kayven who is 10. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Management along with a Master of Education Degree. I'm a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team as a Coach, Speaker, Trainer. I'm passionate about organizational culture and personal development. I believe that everyone deserves to work within a positive organizational culture and be led by dynamic leaders. That's why I love working to improve organizational culture and developing influential/ dynamic leaders.
